Recognition of Issues and Basic Approach

In 2006, the Mitsubishi Chemical Holdings Group pledged its support for the United Nations Global Compact. Accordingly, we are striving to comply with the 10 Principles of the United Nations Global Compact, including Principle 10, which states that "Businesses should work against corruption in all its forms, including extortion and bribery." In 2014, we compiled the Mitsubishi Chemical Holdings Group Global Anti-Bribery Policy. We will take measures to ensure not only adherence to the relevant laws in each country, but also to prevent bribery from a global perspective.
